Gunner 1469245 James Roddy

and his time with the 5th.A.A.

He was missing in action found out he was captured twice all his info i know is in his pow questionaire i sent you i went to ards borough and they got me a list he was buried with his wife jane roddy she died 18/5/1963 and james died 15/12/1979 after the army he worked in ulster print works a grave digger told me they went to war and there was three off them in a trench and had one rifile between the three of them as there equipment was still being shipped over we think thats how he got captured he also apart from his own grave plot right beside him he bought a plot and in that plot theres a one day old baby no name giving a ellen shields died 12/1/1958 valerie wright  died 9/3/1959 margaret mc cready died 4/7/1981 i know wrights were related but dont know anything about them how there related there is also another james roddy we think would be his dad bought 2 plots one of the plots has a sarah jane taggart died 6/11/1935 and another plot with john roddy died 25/7/1892 james roddy died 15/11/1895 eliza jane roddy died 15/5/1899 and jane roddy died 9/4/1917 i hope this is some good information for you hope to hear from you soon,...
