Robert Hugh Ferguson of Greengraves was summoned to
court by John Rice for breach of contract by unfair dismissal on the
19th. December last and made claim of £10.00. Mr. H. Graham appeared for the plaintiff
and Mr. A. Stewart for the defendant. Case was dismissed.
